I also have worked on a few static web sites, background utility processes, migration projects, and older DOS and Windows applications, and if need be, I can share those with you too.

IRICRM On-Line
Intranet application using VB.NET

  • Description:

    • The IRICRM On-Line application manages household-level consumers and their purchase data to provide the most in-depth, comprehensive view of consumer behavior. In order to provide the data integrity needed for this comprehensive view, IRICRM enables the agents of IRI and Talk 2 Rep to manage all aspects of a consumer, and to make modifications when needed.

SV Queries On-Line
Intranet application using VB.NET

  • Description:

    • The SV Queries On-Line web application is the replacement to my Windows based SingleView Queries app. It's responsible for most of the reporting needs of Centennial Communications, which is now AT&T. There are approximately 140 reports and processes that are used by the Accounting, Finance, Customer Support, Marketing, and IT Departments. Reports can be ran Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, and Cyclically. The reports can be of different formats, depending on the user's needs. Besides for reporting, it also generate and maintains history records on many of the billing system tables, including charge and call records. Once a report is completed, the user has the ability to transfer them via FTP to any FTP site with the click of the mouse.

Proposal System
Intranet application using C#.NET

  • Description:

    • The Proposal System is a web based application used by Centennial Communications for estimating recurring and non-recurring Revenue for existing and new Broadband Customers, including Installment, Construction, MRC, and Usage revenues. Before a contract is delivered to our customers, the proposal has be approved in the system.

eSign System
Windows based application using VB.NET

  • Description:

    • eSign is a Windows based app responsible for creating and managing electronic contracts in Centennial Communications offices and kiosks located through out Puerto Rico.  Due to the nature of the business, this application had to be user friendly and fast as possible to allow the user to process a new or existing wireless customer effortlessly and in a timely manner.  When a customer needs upgrades or sign-up for a wireless service or services, eSign is used to gather important data, such as the Customer Order, Signatures, and IDs. Once the data is gather, a PDF is created and sent to the main office via internet to be stored in our centralized database of contracts. Another PDF is printed and given to the Customer for their records.

Line Inventory Application
Windows based application using VB 6.0

  • Description:

    • The Line Inventory Application is responsible for maintaining the inventory for all phone numbers, including wireless and wired-line, for Centennial Communications. It also allows the user to preserve a set of numbers or blocks for a particular customer or business, a great feature for our large customers. The application also has a reporting side the user can access for reporting purposes.
